A local drama school focusing on each student's improvement and growth.
We teach singing, acting and dance and we strive to give all of our students an opportunity to shine in their own way: creating performances that inspire and engage their audiences. Our teachers are all passionate about encouraging the students to work together, and thrive individually, in a friendly and hard working environment.
ABOUT US
Oxbow Lake Performing Arts was founded in 2018, in Milton Keynes, by twin sisters: Aimee Craft and Lauren Barker. Recently, Aimee Craft has relocated back to her home county of East Yorkshire, she is very excited to be living in Beverley and bringing her drama school to Molescroft Primary School Parish Hall.

OLPA's goal is to enable each child to improve every term, whether that's standing nervously in a chorus in their first term - to speaking one line alone in their second term, or performing a whole monologue in their 7th term -to earning a LAMDA exam distinction in their 8th term. We want every child to improve at their own pace, and we celebrate their progress no matter how small it may seem. Performing in front of an audience is a courageous thing to do, and we want each child to recognise how far they've come by remembering where they started.
