Oxbow Lake Performing Arts is a children's performing arts and Babies & Tots sensory class provider based in Beverley and Walkington, East Yorkshire. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

• Child's name, date of birth and age
• Parent or carer's name, email address and phone number

• Payment information, processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves
• Photographs or video taken during classes, where you have given consent

• To take payment for classes, including instalment plans and sibling discounts
• To contact you about your child's classes, changes to schedule, or cancellations

Who we share your information with
We use the following third-party services to help us run our classes. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:
• Class Manager — our booking, enrolment and class management platform
• Stripe — for processing all card payments, including term fees, instalments and drop-ins
We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third party for marketing purposes.
Photography and video consent
We ask for your consent to use photographs or video of your child in our promotional materials, website and social media when you enrol. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us — this will not affect your child's participation in classes. We do not publish children's full names alongside photographs or video.
How long we keep your information
We retain enrolment and attendance records for as long as your child is enrolled, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and safeguarding purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
